Bringing 40 years of large, Federal government IT program management and leadership, James joined CreekTech in 2018 to sustain and accelerate the explosive growth CreekTech has achieved over the last three years. James has a track record of delivering and sustaining programs of $30M+ annually for multiple customers, routinely delivering results proven through receipt of Very Good and Excellent CPARs for customers with difficult missions to achieve.
Carolyn Culver serves as the Human Resources Director for CreekTech. As the HR Director, Carolyn is responsible for employee welfare and maintaining federal and state employment compliance. Carolyn is the Secretary for the corporate board serving on a five year appointed term.
Robert Dowty serves as the CFO for CreekTech. Robert has over 15 years of experience that include CFO services for mid-sized companies. Robert focuses on improving CreekTech’s competitive position through lean financial management. He serves on CreekTech’s Board of Directors advising the CEO.
Kristen serves as the PMO Director for CreekTech. She has more than 10 years of experience managing office operations for a large enterprise. As the PMO Director at CreekTech, Kristen collaboratively interfaces with divisions and department leaders to ensure business, processes, resources and tools are developed and utilized, and that they meet organization goals and requirements. She fills a critical role as financial analyst to drive accounting systems and forecasts.
Thomas P.M. Barnett has over three decades of experience as an author of best-selling books, nationally-syndicated columnist, contributing editor to Esquire magazine, and corporate communications executive. He has worked in the federal government (Naval War College, Office of Secretary of Defense), various think tanks, and several technology start-ups. A gifted speaker, his TED Talk on national security has been viewed well over one-million times online.
Sarah Weyrauch serves as the Talent Acquisition Specialist at CreekTech. As a recruiter, Sarah is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruiting tactics to hire top talent. Sarah has a history of being successful at filling both internal and external positions, managing both candidates needs and hiring manager expectations through full cycle recruiting processes. Creek Technologies, and the contracts we support, wouldn’t have the cohesion and expertise they do without Sarah’s top-tier recruiting skills.
Amy Holden serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for CreekTech. She has more than a decade of experience working in Homeland Security/DoD contracting and is a multi-faceted FSO working with numerous companies to ensure security compliance with the NISPOM. As the FSO at CreekTech, Amy is tasked with the supervision, direction, and compliance of all physical and personnel security measures as it relates to the organization and its business practices.
