CMMI Maturity Level 3

Creek Technologies Corporate Headquarters was recently appraised at maturity level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Services. The appraisal was performed by Process and Quality Solutions (PQS) and is valid through August, 2023. Last year we appraised at maturity level 2. This new result is evidence of our commitment to continual improvement and customer satisfaction.

CMMI for Services is a capability improvement framework utilized in multiple industries. This framework provides organizations with essential elements of effective process management in order to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates processes are well defined, and that industry and internal best-practices are institutionalized.
