Award: Tooele Army Depot It Help Desk Support

Creek Technologies has been awarded a Help Desk Support contract at the Tooele Army Depot in Tooele, Utah.

Creek Technologies will provide the Help Desk, which is the single point of contact between the Tooele Army Depot (TEAD) Division of Information Management (DOIM) and its customers via a newly awarded 5 year contract with the customer.

The Help Desk provides both Tier‐I and ‐II Computer Help Desk Technical Services (Help Desk) to resolve customer administrative and technical issues, via telephone, remotely, or on‐site, at the customer’s desk. Problems come into the Help Desk via telephone, e‐mail Help Desk Tickets, web‐based Help Desk Tickets, or automated equipment monitoring devices and software. As its primary objective, the Help Desk seeks to restore normal service to standard operation as quickly as possible in order to minimize adverse impact on customers, business operations, and processes.
