CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full time, on-site Training & Development Manager, in support of the AFRL-RX support contract, located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and perform the following responsibilities:
• Supports the Enterprise Learning Officer to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions on the development and implementation of learning strategies and programs. • Supports financial, operations, management, and organizational assessment and development, workforce management and analysis through a variety of organizational tenets such as diversity, inclusion, development, and retention. • Conducts needs assessments and analyses of current state and future areas for learning needs, including current critical and emerging technical skills. • Uses fundamental concepts and analyses to identify current and anticipated technical and organizational learning gaps. • Implements workforce development initiatives, AFRL learning policy, change management initiatives, and process improvement initiative based on analysis of research and understanding of Directorate S&E functional community workforce needs. • Serves as a consultant to management officials regarding the appropriate uses and limitations of personnel measurement devices, statistics, or survey techniques, in gathering data for use in organizational planning. • Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives • D&I Resource Groups support • Scheduling & administration • Training support • Data entry/management • Preparing and delivering presentations
• Experience working in Organizational Health and Development and/or Diversity and Inclusion.
• Statistical analysis.
• Scheduling and tracking.
• Facilitation, training, facilitation set up, and evaluation as needed/required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Google Suite products.
• Multi-tasker with ability to track and complete several projects at the same time.
• Branding and marketing of cultural activities, training, or special events.
• Self-motivated, able to take simple direction and expand upon idea/suggestion.
• Ability to engage with multiple diversity inclusion groups and facilitate group discussions.
• Planning and organizational skills.
Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Diversity, or other like degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
Secret Clearance preferred or at least be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance required.
Commensurate with education and experience.
