Summary

CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full time, on-site Site Lead in support of the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures contract for AFRL Expeditionary Center, Combat Support located in JB MDL, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Support the following mission: The mission of the A9X -Section is to provide emerging tactics to the Department of the Air Force that are relevant and timely – from day-to-day changes resulting from LL in the Area of Responsibility (AOR) to long term changes brought on by new technology or equipment. The flight will lead a process to collect emerging tactics from around the world, evaluate that information through a formal vetting process, and disseminate the information to our operational Expeditionary Air Force in a timely manner. In so doing we will partner with various established organizations such as Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Major Command (MAJCOM) A9 shops, the Air Forces Central (AFCENT) Staff and various training venues. Our emerging tactics collection process will leverage the efforts of subject matter experts (SME) from various Air Force Specialties using an interview format in concert with Weapons and Tactics conference engagement and AOR visits when needed. Emerging tactics dissemination to training venues will occur shortly after validation in an effort to provide our customers with the data they need to prepare CS Airmen for their mission. • Site Lead Works with Senior Leadership and a wide range of outside agencies in an advisory capacity and to incorporate findings into TTP documents.
• Leads the contract team in TTP production as well as Lessons Learned gathering and documentation.

Qualifications

• USAF Information Assurance (IA) training within 16 calendar/business days of contract award. IA training must re-accomplished whenever updates or new requirements are mandated and changes are made to contracting personnel by the Air Force. • Cyber Awareness Challenge annually (this training covers Operations Security Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Records Management). • Force Protection annually • Active Shooter annually • Sexual Assault Prevention and Response • Suicide Prevention annually • No Fear Act every 2 years • Religious Freedom every 2 years

Clearance

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance required

Salary Range

Commensurate with education and experience.
