CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full time, on-site Site Lead in support of the USAF’s Expeditionary Center (EC) Staff A3/4/5/9. The Site Lead manages a professional support team located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) in New Jersey. The primary tasks are to collect operational information, capabilities information and lessons learned to codify, publish and transition Combat Support (CS) tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) for Air Force TTP Series 3-4 documentation to the Air Force. The Site Lead will be the primary POC to the customer, EC Staff A3/4/5/9 and A9X Section at JB-MDL. This individual will report directly to the CreekTech program manager for the Expeditionary Center (EC) TTP contract.
• Site Lead Works with Senior Leadership and a wide range of outside agencies such as Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Major Command (MAJCOM) A9 shops, the Air Forces Central (AFCENT) Staff and various training venues, in an advisory capacity to incorporate findings into TTP documents.
• Leads the contract team in TTP production as well as Lessons Learned gathering and documentation. • Collect, validate and disseminate CS Air Force Tactics Techniques Procedures documents. • Compile LLs and TTP to codify into tactical doctrine. • Participate in process to collect emerging tactics from around the world, evaluate that information in accordance with applicable Air Force references and disseminate the information to the operational Expeditionary Air Force. • Prepare and deliver oral presentations to senior leaders at the USAF EC, MAJCOM and HAF levels. • Gather and analyze information, identifying and consolidating requirements, develop recommendations such as plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation and administration of the program to resolve substantive problems relating to the effectiveness and efficiency of the work operations. • Have knowledge of a wide range of mobility and war readiness concepts, methodologies, requirements, and operating principles to plan, schedule and conduct projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program or support setting.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in the doctrine development and production of classified or unclassified technical-military documents • Experience in development and/or testing of TTP • Experience in communications at all levels of military leadership • Project and knowledge management experience; PMP or DAU equivalent preferred • Action officer or staff level experience in a training, doctrine development, or support agency • Ground based military experience in deployed environments (Desired)
