Summary

CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full time, on-site SC Workspace Deployment and Disposition Lead in support of the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), located in Dayton, Ohio (Wright Patt). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Workspace Deployment and Disposition to ensure users and business teams receive the support they require. Working closely with internal and/or client leadership the PM, and the Service Desk Lead, the Workspace Lead provides technical oversight, direct accountability for the Workspace team and performance, and supports the planning, implementation, tracking, and successful performance of the team and projects of moderate risk and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide DLADS and Factory support • Provide Level II Service Desk support • Provide support to resolve service requests tickets for new installation or desktop configurations within defined service level expectations. • Execute up to 350 desktop computer recapitalizations/month as needed to include imaging and the removal/disposition of old computer. • Work closely with Hardware Technician (Desktop) support, Equipment Control Office (ECO), NASIC Property Custodians (NPC), and Logistics to schedule equipment pickup • Receive, sanitize, and prepare IT equipment for pickup • Provide support for single function printers, multifunction printers, plotters, 3D printers, and flatbed scanners • Provide Level II CFP support for all printers • Be required to replace or install approximately up to 50 new printers per year • Diagnose and resolve printer/scanner/MFG requests/problems • Perform as alternate NPC (or primary NPC) to handle the transfer of equipment if the Government NPC is not available, adhering to NASIC policies and procedures for all equipment transactions • Utilize the NASIC trouble ticket tracking system (currently Microsoft System Center Service Manager with plans to migrate to ServiceNow) to track all requests for installation and disposition services • Provide warranty support for printers, laptops, and desktops •Equipment to be installed and maintained includes but is not limited to Dell and HP Windows/Linux desktop computers (to include other AFWAY desktops and workstations), and various Linux workstations (to include Red Hat Enterprise Linux)

Qualifications

• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II • IAT II Cert (CCNA Security, CySA+ (aka CSA+), GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience

• 10 years of related service desk and technical experience and a minimum of 7 years of experience in workplace deployment and disposition

Clearance

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance required

Salary Range

Commensurate with education and experience.

Anticipated Start Date

Upon award of contract.
