CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full time, on-site SC Multimedia/VTC Operations Lead in support of the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), located in Dayton, Ohio (Wright Patt). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Multimedia/VTC operations to ensure users and business teams receive the support they require. Working closely with internal and/or client leadership and the PM, and the Service Desk Lead, the lead provides technical oversight, direct accountability for all VTC and Multimedia Operations.
• Maintain specialized video/editing hardware for PC’s
• Be responsible for a wide range of installation, remedial and preventative hardware and software maintenance on various electronic equipment and network systems to include Sony Analog / Digital Video Editing Equipment, Audio Visual Technical Support (projectors, screens, TV's), Audio/Video Editing Stations, Video Teleconferencing Systems and Crestron control systems
• Support multimedia for conferences hosted by NASIC
• Work NASIC Microsoft System Center Service Manager tickets received
• Provide installation, remedial and preventative hardware and software support on the Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Video cameras installed within the NASIC Auditorium
• Provide installation, remedial and preventative hardware and software support on the Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Sony cameras installed in NASIC VTC facilities and conference rooms
• Provide installation, remedial and preventative hardware and software support Sony Anycast video and audio production system located within the NASIC auditorium control room and the NASIC studio
• Provide a wide range of installation, remedial and preventative support on the Crestron system controllers
• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the Crestron touch panels, Input/Output modules, control programmers and low voltage controllers
• Monitor the daily event logs for hardware failure
• Install OEM software updates and patches for the control system and AV switching routing.
• Maintain preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Extron RGBHV, Audio, Video and Fiber Switchers and of the Biamp Audia digital audio distribution platform
• Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the Crown and Biamp audio amplifiers, the audio distribution system and of the Klipsch, Atlas, EVI, TOA and Sony speaker systems, the AudioTechnica and Sennheiser microphones and lastly, the portable audio and public address systems
• Provide support for the installation, integration and troubleshooting and repair of LED, LCD, CRT and DLP video display systems to include multiple manufacturers of flat screen technologies, CRT screens and projectors
• Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the base cable TV system
• Provide installation and integration of cabling, amplifiers, equalizers, taps and splitters
• Maintain architectural diagrams and shall document all installations/changes in accordance with NASIC guidance
• Provide monthly functional area reports summarizing work accomplished, work planned in next month and important issues occurring during the month
• Schedule VTC sessions
• Provide VTC session support
• Coordinate and verify site locations and availability
• Input data into VTC Wizard
• Verify call is scheduled and mitigate conflicts
• Provide locations, times and dates of VTC sessions to customers
• Interface with senior DoD personnel
• Verify the VTC starts on time and performs all communications checks with each participant prior to the sit down time for the VTC call
• Respond in person to all issues/problems with the VTC session
• Keep all participants advised of the progress/resolution of all issues/problems with the VTC session
• Provide preliminary troubleshooting procedures and elevate issues that cannot be resolved
• Coordinate all system outages with the Communication Focal Point
• Provide training and guidance to session participants on use of VTC systems
• Provide monthly functional area reports summarizing work accomplished, work planned in next month and important issues occurring during the month
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II • IAT II Cert (CCNA Security, CySA+ (aka CSA+), GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) • Certified Fiber Optics Installer (CFOI) certification • DIA sponsored training class via JWICS VTC within two weeks of contract performance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years of related service desk and technical experience and a minimum of 7 years of experience in workplace deployment and disposition
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance required
