Summary

Creek Technologies is seeking a full time, on-site Desktop Support Services Program Manager in support of the Department of Homeland Security, located in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will possess very recent or current experience in managing a very large Federal or DoD infrastructure where primary evaluation is based on service level agreement compliance. The PM must have extensive, proven experience in customer-focused organizations, providing strategic leadership, detail-oriented management, and exceptional problem-solving skills in the IT Services Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site leadership and management for all personnel performing in service desk operations, knowledge management, problem management, incident management, system engineering, network administration, configuration management, continuity of operations, and end user device management. Lead service operations, maintenance and support of network users, including all local area and campus area network communications equipment on various platforms in large scale or multi-shift operations. • Supervise technical and administrative management of DHS headquarters IT Infrastructure to include remote IT operations • Achieve and exceed service level agreements for service desk response/resolution and server/network uptime.

Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred. • ITIL Foundation strongly preferred, higher level certification strongly desired. • Prior management experience with DHS required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree with a major in engineering, system management, business administration, and/or related field.

Experience

Minimum of seven years of experience in IT program management desired. Experience managing a federal or DOD enterprise system is mandatory. Experience in managing performance-based service agreements Experience in developing and managing projects within assigned budgets. Experience in optimizing IT service desk performance.
Experience developing and applying technical and technical management processes. Experience in developing documents for risk and opportunity management. Experience in writing business cases. Experience in strategic planning.

Clearance

Program Manager position requires US Citizenship. An active TOP SECRET Clearance is mandatory. Must be clearable at the SCI level.

Salary Range

Commensurate with education and experience.

Anticipated Start Date

Upon award of contract.
