Creek Technologies is seeking a full time, on-site Desktop Support Services Program Manager in support of the Department of Homeland Security, located in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will possess very recent or current experience in managing a very large Federal or DoD infrastructure where primary evaluation is based on service level agreement compliance. The PM must have extensive, proven experience in customer-focused organizations, providing strategic leadership, detail-oriented management, and exceptional problem-solving skills in the IT Services Industry.
Bachelor’s Degree with a major in engineering, system management, business administration, and/or related field.
Minimum of seven years of experience in IT program management desired.
Experience managing a federal or DOD enterprise system is mandatory.
Experience in managing performance-based service agreements
Experience in developing and managing projects within assigned budgets.
Experience in optimizing IT service desk performance.
Experience developing and applying technical and technical management processes. Experience in developing documents for risk and opportunity management. Experience in writing business cases. Experience in strategic planning.
Program Manager position requires US Citizenship. An active TOP SECRET Clearance is mandatory. Must be clearable at the SCI level.
