Creek Technologies Company is seeking a Logistician to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport’s (NUWCDIVNPT) Ranges, Engineering and Analysis Department (Code 70) in Newport, Rhode Island. Code 70 delivers full-spectrum undersea test and evaluation (T&E) and fleet training capabilities by providing world-class instrumentation, facilities, engineering, and analysis.


• Collect, enter, and update General Equipment (GE) planning data into ERP, Material Management Tracking System (MMTS), and Inventory Tracking Systems. Generate material and service requests for Government approval and upload the material and service request into MMTS and Inventory Tracking Systems. Collect, enter, and update project planning and GE summarized data via NUWCDIVNPT General Equipment Action Request System (GEARS) Tracking Systems. Maintain Project Structures and associated elements and data attributes within ERP or other NAVSEA Warfare Center Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) System. • Provide recommendations for process improvement of the Code 70 Integrated Master Schedule Guide (IMS). Generate draft Integrated Schedules including baselines and tracking project milestones for Government review. Provide Baseline Control Process recommendations to adjust the baseline according to current status and for improvement to the Code 70 Baseline Control Process for Government review. Once approved, implement recommendations and submit an updated Baseline Control Process. Prepare Project Schedule Analyses of the impact to baseline cost, schedule, and technical requirements resulting from changes to the Sponsor Project Objectives and Requirements for Government review. • Verify and document that all GE assets are accounted for, maintained, secured, reported, and are recorded in GEARS. Confirm that the physical inventories match the digital GE asset inventory as listed within Navy ERP and GEARS. In the event of a discrepancy, submit GE Process Improvement Recommendations for review. Upon Government approval, the contractor shall update GEARS. Make recommendations to update GEARS and BITS, for Government review, to update General Equipment & Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) Instructions and to validate that Code 10 General Equipment & Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) Instructions. Upload the Plant Property Tracking Sheets to the GEARS Tracking Systems. Complete status updates of custodian, disposal and GE location changes to validate inventory on a weekly basis incorporating any changes and complete GE updates using GEARS tracking system.


• Demonstrated experience with managing General Equipment Access Request Systems (GEARS) • Demonstrated experience managing integrated schedules


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field


• Ten (10) years experience in Operations Research Analysis • Demonstrated experience with the Material Management Tracking System (MMTS)
