Opening: Business Development Support Specialist

CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full time, on-site Business Development Support Specialist (BDSS) to join the corporate business development team located in Beavercreek, OH. The BDSS receives, validates, updates, and develops data. Uses Microsoft Office 365 products to input records, lists or other data points into a corporate opportunity database system. May perform some related administrative duties. As the BDSS’s job knowledge increases the Specialist will take on more responsibility to summarize data pertaining to Federal Government opportunities for business. The BDSS reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a BDSS requires an eye for detail and production of accurate work. Over time the BDSS is expected to learn to relate opportunities released by the government to corporate capabilities to perform the work. The successful candidate will be a quick learner and will rapidly gain insight into corporate business development activities. A moderate understanding of office-based teamwork aspects of the job will also be required initially. The BDSS works in close association with senior personnel in the team’s functional area. A year of general office work experience is preferred but is not mandatory for strong candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Uploading solicitation documents to a cloud-based software and update solicitation requirements into a user form. • Utilize software to distribute solicitations to team members using the auto-distribution function within the software or by a direct selection of teaming partners. • After gaining experience and knowledge, configure software-enabled prospective teaming partner capability matrices to reflect the specific requirements contained within solicitation documents. • Review and update team member registry profiles contained within a global registry used by the software. • Perform outreach to partners in our registry as directed to maintain and improve the registry.

Associates Degree in Business, Technical Writing, or Information Technology


Junior Level: 0 to 2 year of experience Journeyman Level: 2 to 5 years of experience Senior Level: 5 to 12 years of experience


Must be a US citizen and must be eligible to obtain a government clearance in the future
