Tracy, CA | Full-time
Provides end user support to include; tracking of incident/service requests utilizing BMC Remedy, provides hardware/software configuration of desktop, laptop, thin clients, mobile devices and printers and scanners support. Other support activities include; Installations, moves and changes, asset management, wireless device and mobile computing support.
Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High School diploma. Associate Degree preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
